Welcome to Nitsa Tours. By booking a tour or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.
1. Contract of Booking
- A booking is considered confirmed only when Nitsa Tours receives the specified initial deposit amount and issues a formal written confirmation invoice or email receipt.
- The person making the booking accepts these terms on behalf of all individuals traveling under the same reservation.
2. Payments and Pricing
All tour prices displayed are subject to availability and can change without prior notice due to fluctuations in airline tariffs, hotel rates, fuel costs, or currency exchange rates. Your price is only locked once the full payment is processed.
Payment Schedule: A minimum deposit (as specified at the time of booking) must be paid to initiate reservations. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the departure date according to the specific payment timeline provided in your itinerary quote. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Cancellations and Amendments
By the Client: If you wish to cancel your tour, you must notify Nitsa Tours in writing via our official email (info@nitsatours.in). Cancellation charges apply based on how many days prior to departure the cancellation request is received:
30 days or more before departure: Forfeiture of the initial non-refundable booking deposit.
15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost (No Refund).
Flights and Third-Party Services: Please note that flight tickets, cruise bookings, and certain premium hotel reservations are bound by separate third-party airline/vendor rules and are often 100% non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
By Nitsa Tours: In rare circumstances where we must cancel or significantly modify a tour due to unforeseen events (force majeure, extreme weather, political instability), we will offer you an alternative itinerary or a credit voucher for future travel. Nitsa Tours is not liable for any additional personal expenses incurred by the client due to such changes (e.g., independently purchased flights).
4. Passport, Visas, and Travel Documentation
Client Responsibility: It is the absolute responsibility of the traveler to ensure they hold a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity remaining from the date of return) and obtain all necessary visas, health certificates, and travel permits for their destinations.
Visa Approvals: While Nitsa Tours provides professional visa assistance and documentation guidance, the approval or rejection of a visa application lies entirely with the respective country’s embassy or consulate. Nitsa Tours cannot be held liable for any financial losses or cancellations arising from visa delays or rejections.
5. Travel Insurance
Nitsa Tours strongly recommends that all travelers purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of booking. The policy should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and flight delays. Nitsa Tours is not responsible for expenses arising from emergencies during the trip.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nitsa Tours acts exclusively as an agent/intermediary facilitating bookings between the client and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, and local tour guides).
We do not own or control these third-party companies. Therefore, Nitsa Tours shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, deficiency, or irregularity caused by the acts or omissions of any such third-party provider.
7. Health and Behavior
Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to undertake the chosen itinerary.
Nitsa Tours reserves the right to terminate the tour of any individual whose behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or illegal by local authorities or tour managers, without any liability for a refund or return transportation costs.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of services provided by Nitsa Tours shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
